This is my blog showing my 2D art work, these 6 art work pieces are the final results of my mark making techniques practice. I have developed on the ideas from the first mark making sessions combining all my favorite made marks into one piece.To help me make marks i used mediums such as ink,pencil,graphite,charcoal, ink, masking tape and acrylic paint. I used all mediums collectively together to create a 6 different compositions. The materials used to create the marks were mainly found objects which included a block of scrap wood, bottle tops, jar lids, a nail file and a pencil sharpener. These found objects when dipped in ink or acrylic created interesting marks for my work, I then carried these forward into my art.
